Hi there, I'm SarahMarie...

 I was born and grew up in Yorkshire and now mostly live and work in London.

My career began in theatre and I worked successfully as a writer, actor, puppeteer and theatre director, both nationally and internationally. I love the arts and I love creativity. Playing complicated and nuanced characters requires you to first know yourself and to know your Self really, really well.

Why do you do what you do?  Why do you behave and react in certain ways and in certain situations?

Whilst training my skills as an artist, I began my journey into self enquiry and the human experience.  

 

10 years ago I was suffering.

In a desperate leap to save myself, I used my savings to visit a silent retreat deep in the mountains

of Northern Thailand. I had no idea what I was in for. I had never even meditated before,

not to mention spending my days and nights in absolute silence.

I was afraid, afraid of the silence and afraid of the unknown. But I was also determined.

Whatever lay on the other side of my suffering, I was willing to gamble that it was

better than staying put. And I'm so so grateful that I did!

I will happily share more about these particular experiences with you, so please do ask

any questions if that's something you would like. But for now let's just say,

my courage was rewarded and during that retreat, the seemingly disconnected dots of my life, connected in the most amazing way.

Inspired to give back and to share with others the incredible revelation​s 

and transformations that followed, I began to run workshops. I became an experienced

facilitator for corporate, educational and creative clients, specialising in motivation, playfulness, resilience and mindset. I also worked regularly as a performance coach

for individuals preparing for interviews, presentations and auditions.​

 

6 years ago I specialised further and began to study love.

Love is the heart of everything, a fascination for all, completely intangible and yet known and longed for since the beginning of time. When we love we are fulfilled, we expand and anything is possible.

It's the greatest game changer I have ever come across in any situation.

It is my greatest pleasure and my life's calling to work with my clients on what matters most to them,

moving away from pain, suffering and confusion and travelling towards what they most desire.​
